We have eaten in the bar restaurant a number of times after work and have never had a bad experience. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The menu has a good variety of dishes and is reasonably priced for an airport hotel… overall, very good.

Great Hotel - We did park & fly it was really easy lots of parking spaces! Good nights sleep nice rooms and friendly staff! Shout out to Sanjay the chef who came out and was chatting to everyone at breakfast that was a really lovely experience. I would stay again if I need to fly from stansted.

We had a lovely meal in restaurant, Robert was a great waiter very attentive and friendly . Hotel is ideal with parking so close to airport rooms are good and roomy would prefer a bath to a shower in room . Have stayed here many times when we fly from Stanstead

Great hotel. Clean and smart. Staff lovely and attentive. Food not great apart from the breakfast buffet which was fresh and plentiful. However food in the bar was overpriced and not great. The burger tasted really strange and the fish was mushy. Looked flaky but just turned into paste when you chewed it.

Absolutely fantastic service in the restaurant the three gentlemen Declan, Tom and Vlad were great especially when they were slammed they still catered to all my needs and wants Very impressed with the staff!! Thank you to them for making my dining experience more enjoyable
